Archive Workflow
How to Utilize the Archive
Indo Pacific Stock · Rights Managed Motion Picture Archive
1. Search Bar
Use our global search bar to instantly isolate specific clips. Our search engine is optimized for filtering across Geographic Locations (oceans, seas, regions, specific destinations) and Biological Taxonomy (species, genus, family groups, common names, or Latin scientific names). All clips are captioned with metadata tracking specific animals, behaviours, habitats and locations.
To accelerate your search workflow, utilize these protocols:
- Partial Key Matching: Case-insensitive partial words work efficiently. Inputting “Barra” will instantly isolate all barracuda clips.
- Spacing Concerns: Input the simplest part of the word and results will show up. For example, searching “fan” will simultaneously show both “seafan” and “sea fan” results.
- Dynamic Inclusions: Root words will automatically pull relevant sub-taxonomies. Inputting man will isolate manta, manta rays, or “man in the background”.
- Technical Queries: For precise timeline matching, you can search by camera resolution or codec (Raw or ProRes).
2. Licensing Tiers
Select any visual asset tile to view its Rights-Managed (RM) rates. Content is categorized into Standard or Premium tiers. Per-second billing rates apply for all tiers; a 10-second minimum rate does apply. Multiplier rates will apply depending on the usage terms, territories, and duration of use. Bulk rates may apply — please inquire directly.
3. Direct Inquiry
For a single file, click the “Request License and Master Raw Files” button to communicate with us. This button will inform us of the Reel ID of your particular file. We will then send you the complete clip in low resolution, time-coded format.
If you are after more than one clip, compile your required production shot list referencing the Reel IDs. Connect directly with us using the Inquire button at the top to request the full low-resolution time-coded files and custom pricing.
4. Submit Timecode Logs
Once you receive your time-stamped low-resolution proxy file, send us the exact “in” and “out” points you wish to license, along with the precise media distribution scope of your project.
5. Invoicing & Payment Terms
Upon receiving your shot logs, we will issue a formal corporate invoice in US Dollars (USD). All licensing fees must be settled via direct wire transfer to our designated corporate bank account in Singapore. Other payment options can be discussed.
6. Master File Delivery
Upon payment validation, final master files are delivered cleanly without visual watermarks. Standard delivery is executed natively in REDCODE® RAW format for camera masters or Apple ProRes for high-resolution aerial drone files. If your post-production timeline requires a custom format, notify us during your timecode submission.
